Lemongrass Jasmine Iced Tea.
4 oz jasmine tea
.5 oz lemon
2 oz lychee juice
Muddle 4-5 pieces of cut lemon grass
.5 oz vanilla-infused simple syrup
Jiggle with ice.
Double Strain into high ball glass.
Enhance it with cubed ice.
Will be best when topped with crushed ice.
Lemon grass may be used for garnishing.
