1 lemon, juiced
1 cup sugar
Water to taste
1 cup blueberries
1 cup water
Place the sugar, blueberries and water in a large sauce pan and boil it.
get the heat lesser and simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain the solids from the juice with a fine sieve and set the solids aside.
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Fill it to the top.
Transfer 1 oz blueberry syrup to the glass.
Transfer lemon juice to the glass but do not to mix the ingredients.
Fill the glass with water, slowly adding the water until full.
