1.Soak the moong dal overnight.
2.In the morning grind the moong dal into a fine paste.
3.Add cumin seeds powder,chilli powder, asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, salt ,coriander leaves to the moong dal paste.
4.Add little bit of water until you get the batter consistency.
5.Heat the pan and add the dosa batter and cook it both the sides either by adding ghee or oil.
