Mung Soya Roll

25 minutes

High protein breakfast/snack

Your favorite chutney

* 1 cup split green gram *1 cup soya chunks *2 tsp oil *Pinch of asafoetida *1/2 tsp cumin seeds *1 small onion *1 carrot *1 capsicum *1 green chili *1 tsp Ginger *salt to taste *1 tsp red chilli powder *1/4 tsp garam masala powder *150 gram paneer/ cottage cheese * pinch of black pepper powder *ghee or clarified butter as required

* Wash and soak the split green gram for 2 hours.

*boil the Soya chunks, strain and grind coarsely.

*In a frying pan add 2 tsp oil, asafoetida cumin seeds, when its splutter, add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, dry spices, and nutrela Soya vadi.

*cook for 5-6 minutes, off the flame and let it cool.

* Grate the paneer add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix well .

* Grind the soaked dal in coarse paste

*To make cheela, take a laddle full of batter and spread on non stick tawa,  apply one teaspoon ghee and cook from both sides. *take out on board, spread 2-3 tablespoon of soya wadi mixture on top of it now spread the paneer mixture and roll it.

* Cut into roundles and serve with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
