The new coronavirus is a respiratory virus which spreads primarily through contact with an infected person through respiratory droplets generated when a person ,for example ,coughs or sneezes, or through droplet s of saliva or discharge from the nose .It is important that everyone hygiene. For example ,sneeze or cough into a flexed elbow ,or use a tissue and throw it in trash immediately .it is also very  important for people to wash their hands regularly with either alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

First of all you must avoid tour for the countries that are in danger of this virus and if there is a serious need for you to visit then you should keep the these things in mind: first don’t forget 100% alcohol based sanitizers and also use it frequently, secondly try to not to come in contact with a lot of people, we are not saying that you should cut all your lines with the world but still if you want to be safe you have to keep a little distance, thirdly if you have any kind of flu or if you are feeling any of the symptoms like  fever ,cough ,shortness of breath ,breathing difficulties then you must cancel all your plans and must visit doctor at your earliest.

Q. HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM CORONAVIRUS?

Now, when you know how to identify coronavirus you must have thinking about how to be safe from this harmful virus. Standard recommendation to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing ,covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing thoroughly cooking meat and eggs . Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

You can also follow these measure to keep you away from coronavirus:

  1. Wash your hand frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol –based hand rub if your hands are not visibly dirty.
  2. When coughing and sneezing , cover mouth and nose with flexed elbows or tissue – discard tissue immediately into a closed bin and clean your hands with alcohol –based hand rub or soap and water .
  3. Maintain at least 1 meter or 3 feet distance between yourself and other people, particularly those who are coughing, sneezing and have a fever.
  4. Handle raw meat, milk or animals organs with care, to avoid cros- contamination with uncooked foods, as per good food safety practices.
  5. As a general precaution, practice general hygiene measures when visiting live animals markets, wet markets or animal products markets.
  6. If you have mild respiratory symptoms and no travel history to or within China, carefully practice basic respiratory and hand hygiene and stay home until you are recovered, if possible.
