As we, all know that brain is responsible for all our thoughts, actions and the mood in which we live. However brain is capable of doing many things at a time i.e., our bring is very good in multi-functioning. When one compares our brain with the computer in the real world then usually one may observe many things. That may include even computer is capable in doing many stuff at a time like our brain. However, one may be acquainted with the fact that when a computer does various things at same time then it requires more energy. In the same fashion is with our brain. Doing several tasks make brain exhausted if the supply energy is not up to the mark. Since this energy is supplied to the brain from the food we eat then one must be very careful in analyzing the food before taking i.e., one must know whether that food would leave good or bad impact on their body. The food we eat is completely responsible for the functioning of the body. Thus being cautious while consuming the food will help an individual in controlling the brain thoughts and mood.
