2.1 onion finely chopped.
3.2 tbsp butter
4.1 1/2 tbsp plain flour
5.3 cups milk
6.Salt and black pepper powder to taste
1.Place the vegetables in a shallow dish.Sprinkle 5 to 6 tablespoons of water on top and microwave for about 3 to 4 minutes.
2.Put the butter in a glass bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.Add the onion and microwave again for about 1 minute,stir once in between after 30 seconds.
3.Add the vegetables and 1 cups of water.
4.Mix the flour and milk and add to the vegetables.Microwave for about 2 minutes.
5.Add salt and pepper.

2.1 tsp cumin seeds
3.4 green chillies,roughly chopped

1.1/2 cup drumsticks,cut into medium pieces.

3.1/2 cup carrots,cut into medium pieces
4.1/2 cup yam ,cut into medium pieces.
5.1/2 cup red pumpkin cubes.
6.1 raw banana peeled and cut into small pieces
7.1/2 cup fresh green peas
8.1/2 cup brinjal cubes
9.1/4 tsp turmeric
10.Salt to taste
11.1/2 cup fresh curds beaten
12.2 tbsp coconut oil or any other refined oil
13.1 tsp cumin seeds
14.7 to 8 curry leaves.
1.Combine the drumsticks with 1/4 cup of water and cover and cook on a medium flame till they are half done.
2.Add the remaining vegetables,water if required and salt.Mix well and cook on a slow flame till the vegetables are tender.
3.Add the prepared paste and 1/4 cup of water,mix well.and simmer for about 15 minutes or until it becomes semi dry.
4.Add the curds,oil,cumin seeds and curry leaves and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.Serve hot.
