1.2 cups wheat vermicelli
2.2 tbsp coconut oil
3.1 tsp mustard seeds
4.2 tsp urad dal
5.6 to 7 curry leaves
6.1/4 cup finely chopped onions
7.1 1/2 finely chopped green chillies
8.1/3 cup freshly grated coconut
9.1/4 cup chopped coriander
1.Boil 2 cups of water in a deep pan.
2.Remove from the flame add the vermicelli,1/2 tsp of oil and little salt,cover and keep aside for about 5 minutes.Drain and keep aside.
3.Heat the remaining 1 1/2 tsp of oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and urad dal.
4.When the mustard seeds crackle ,add the onions and green chillies and saute on a medium flame till the onion turns translucent.
5.Add the vermicelli,coconut,coriander leaves,lwmon juice and little salt if required.Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.

2.2 tbsp sour curds
3.1 tbsp coconut oil
4.1 tsp mustard seeds
5.1 tsp cumin seeds
6.1/4 tsp asafoetida
7.5 to 6 curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.2 tbsp grated coconut
1.Combine the capsicum and sour curds in the deep bowl,mix well and keep aside.
2.Heat the coconut oil in a small non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
3.When the seeds crackle,add the cumin seeds,asafoetida and curry leaves.Saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
4.Add the capsicum curds mixture,salt,1 tsp of water and mix well.Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
5.Remove from the flame and add the coconut.
