Ingredients Of Paneer Malpua
For Malpua:
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Cup Ghee
100 Gram Malai Paneer
3 Tbsp Khoya
8 tsp Milk
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Maida
For Sugar Syrup:
1/4 tsp Saffron
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Dry Fruits
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
For Preparing Malpuas:
1.begin with making a batter of paneer pieces, Khoya and 4 tsp milk in a mixer grinder.
2.it needs to be beaten till the time a thick smooth batter is produced.
3. transfer the batter in a bowl and let the sugar powder get added to it, along with cardamom powder and maida.
4.put in more milk if needed and beat it well.
5.Now in a pan heat ghee to make malpuas.
6.Drop about a tablespoon of the batter into it and cook until light brown on both sides.
For preparing Sugar Syrup:
1.sugar and water will be added in another pan for sugar syrup. Let the sugar dissolve.
2. saffron will be added as it gives a very good fragrance and mix then you need to mix it well.
3.Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix and boil it for thick smooth syrup.
4.Immerse malpuas in sugar syrup for 10-15 minutes.
5.After malpua soaks the syrup, serve it hot garnished with dry fruits.
