Healthy Momos Recipe

Method :
1.Combine the whole wheat flour and a little salt in a deep bowl. Mix well and knead it into a soft dough using enough water. Keep it aside.
2.Combine the carrot,cabbage,beans,green peas,salt,green chilli paste in a bowl and mix well.Keep the stuffing outside.
3.Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
4.Roll out a portion of the dough into a circle using a whole wheat powder for rolling and place the required stuffing in the centre of the circle.
5.Fold over to make a semi circle and press the edges lightly with your fingers to seal it.(you can make different shapes as per your convenience.)
6.Steam the momos in a steamer for 10 mins
7.Serve immediately with sauce.
