Healthy oats and wheat flour biscuits cake


I love adding oats in my baked goodies, I made so many version of oats baked recipe before. This is my latest addition, I wanted to bake plain oats cake squares which can be served with a cup of tea or coffee and this is perfect.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 30 mins
Baking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Makes : 6 to 8 squares


Melt the dark chocolate bar with butter in a mixing bowl. Do this by placing the ingredients in a microwave bowl the microwave for 2 minutes.
Add milkmaid to the melted chocolate. Mix gently.
Crush almonds, cashews, and biscuits, oats in a mixer. Add it to the mixing bowl slowly. Mix it by cut and fold method.
Now add dahi, baking powder, and soda and beat it well.
Add wheat flour then slowly add milk and mix well until a pouring mixture of cake is formed.
Grease an aluminum bowl with ghee and dust it with wheat flour. Tap twice on the bowl placing it inverted to let the extra flour fall off.
Now add Raisins, Blueberries, and dairy milk pieces while transferring the mixture to the aluminum bowl.
Place it in a pressure cooker on a stand. Remove the whistle but cover the lid of the cooker.
Cook it for about 30 minutes. To check if cooking took place perfectly takes the help of a knife and pierce it through the cake. Serve it by decorating it with whipped cream, some candies, and crushed chocolate. Serve hot.
