Return to your standing position with a jump. Repeat this exercise 15 times at least. You can increase this count with time.

JUMPING JACKS

To start this exercise stand straight with your feet shoulders apart. Then jump into the air. While jumping spread your legs, pulling them apart. Also, move your hands simultaneously into the air. Then jump back to your original position. Repeat this exercise 30 times. This exercise works of your belly fat. It is fruitful in burning calories.

BRIDGES

To perform a bridge exercise lie on the floor. Keep your hands by your side and your legs bent. Your feet should be flat on the ground. Tighten your abdominal muscles pulling them towards the ground. Then lift your hips up in the air forming a straight line between your knee and shoulder. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Then come back to the original position. Repeat this exercise 30 times.

MOUNTAIN CLIMBING EXERCISE

To get started with this exercise get into the plank position. Keep your legs straight. Then pull one of your knees towards your shoulder as far as you can. JUMPING SQUATS
