Teenagers enjoy the roadside food. Mostly they linger around the fast-food centers and relish the taste of various dishes. Of course, we also find some category of people who usually avoid fatty contents in their meals. The above said cases are quite dangerous since doing very much as well as deficiency condition also leads to very ill effects. Therefore, it is advisable to have some basic amount of fats in one’s meal. For example, it would be very good to add ghee to the daily meals, as that would give many benefits like those that it adds to taste as well as fat content is maintained in the meals.

This is because the present generation has been very much comfortable with instant results like 2- minute instant noodles, but rather than they are not willing to take up the pain to meet the success fruits.
