Masala Macaroni recipe:

Ingredients:

1.1 cup macaroni
2.Salt to taste
3.1 tbsp oil
4.2 tsp finely chopped garlic
5.1 tsp finely chopped ginger
6.1/2 cup finely chopped onions
7.1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
8.1 tsp chilli powder
9.1 vegetarian seasoning cube.
10.1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
11.2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Method:

1.Boil enough water in a pan ,add macaroni,salt and few drops of oil.Cook till macaroni is cooked which will take approx 8 minutes.Drain the water and keep the paste aside.
2.Heat the oil in a pan,add the garlic ,ginger and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3.Add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
4.Add the tomatoes,chilli powder,seasoning cube and mix well.Cook on a medium flame for about 3 minutes.
5.Add the capsicum,tomato ketchup,salt and 2 tbsp of water and mix well.Cook on a medium flme for about 2 minutes.
6.Add the boiled pasta,mix gently and cook on a medium flame for about 2 minutes.
7.Serve hot.
