Ingredients:

1.2 cups fresh hyacinth beans
2.3 to 4 tbsp freshly grated coconut
3.4 stalks chopped coriander leaves
4.Salt to taste
5.Pinch of asafoetida
6.Water as per requirement.

9.1 tsp chana dal
10.1 tsp urad dal

6. Hence, add cumin seeds and the rest of the ingredients under seasoning and fry for a minute.
7.Add the required quantity of salt, asafoetida, and freshly grated coconut and mix well. Hence, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with hot rice.
