Kaju or cashew nut is a very important ingredient used in both savoury and sweet in the whole world. With the festive season going on right now, we have brought you the most special kaju sweet, the kaju pista roll.

You can try them at your dinner party and serve these to your guests, sweet little rolls, filled with dry fruits and garnished with silver leaf.

Ingredients Of Kaju And Pista Roll

5 gms cardamom powder

to garnish silver leaf

700 gms cashew nuts

300 gms pista

800 gms sugar substitute

How to Make Kaju and Pista Roll

1.Soak the cashew nuts for some time.

2.Lighten pista and remove its skin.

3.Paste both of it separately. Add 650 grams of sugar in cashew nuts and 150 grams in pista mixture.

4.both the mix need to be cooked separately till sugar is dissolved and then cardamom powder is added.

5.remove it  from the kadhai, a sheet of cashew nuts is to be made and put pista in the centre and roll it.

6.it needs to be garnished with silver leaves and served.
