1.In a large pan heat 2 tbsp of ghee and add 4 cup beetroot
2.Saute it for about 5 mins and add 1 cup of milk and stir well.
3.Cover and boil for about 20 minutes.
4.Cook until water is evaporated completely.
5.Further add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir well.
6.Once the ghee separates from halva add the 1/2 khova.
7.Add the cashews ,cardamom powder and mix well.
8.Eat either hot or cold.
