Allergy : Definition, symptoms, causes , and remedies

An allergy is the response of a body to a foreign substance. The substances causing allergy are called allergens. As a matter of fact, our body is always ready to fight pathogens and attacks anything which it considers to be potential threat. However, swelling, inflammation, sneezing are the most common form of allergies.

Because of modern life style the pollutants have increased. Consequently, the allergens and other similar agents have made their way in our surroundings. Thus increasing the susceptibility of vulnerable individuals. Hence we need to become more careful. Therefore scientists have made several research to identify its causes and states.

Remedies

Medications vary from one to the other based on the severity of the allergy. Thus the forms of allergies vary from individual to individual. Moreover they are highly unpredictable. Apart from serious diseases a person should be aware of allergic reactions. Moreover, being careless towards allergy might be fatal in the long run.

Immunotherapy:  Several injections over a few years help us get used to allergy. As a matter of fact, this prevents allergic symptoms from returning. Moreover, an increase in immunity makes it easy for us to counter allergies. However, It is not a common treatment of allergy. As previously stated, this is still the best way to counter allergy. Moreover, it has several other benefits apart from enhancing immunity and strength.

Emergency epinephrine:  Some allergic reactions require serious medical attention. Above all, this counters the allergic reaction till the arrival of any medical unit for help. Hence it is necessary to avoid a havoc.
