1.Add the ajwain powder along with mint leaves and blend it into a fine paste.
2.Heat the pan and add oil. Add the prepared mint paste and stir it until the water goes off.
3.Switch off the gas once you get the thick consistency of the mint mixture.
4.Take the wheat flour and add salt to the mixture. Mix well using luke warm water and knead it to a soft dough.
5.Divide the dough into equal portions and add the mint stuffing and roll each portion until you get the paratha in round shape.
6.Add ghee on both the sides and cook well.
7.Serve hot using curds, pickle.
