Ingredients:
1.1cup broad beans soaked overnight.
2.2 cups roughly chopped tomatoes.
3.1tbsp ghee
4.Salt to taste

For the taste
1.2 medium sized onions
2.5 to 6 garlic cloves
3.6 dry kashmiri red chillies
4.1 tbsp coriander seeds
5.1 tsp cumin seeds
6.2 tsp poppy seeds
7.4 to 5 black peppercorns
8.4 to 5 cloves
9.1 stick cinnamon

Method:
1.Heat the pan add little ghee and fry the onions.
2.Combine the onions with all the remaining ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
3.Pressure cook the soaked beans.
4.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
5.Combine the tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water in a pan and cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
6.Blend in a mixer to a smooth pulp.
7.Heat the ghee in a pan,add the prepared paste and saute on a medium flame for about 5 minute.
8.Add the cooked beans in the above mixture.Add salt and mix well.
9.Serve hot.

Ingredients:
1.1 cup broad beans
2.2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves
3.1 tbsp roasted and powdered peanuts.
4.1/4 tsp chilli powder
5.Pinch turmeric powder
6.Pinch asafoetida
7.Salt to taste
8.1 tsp coriander seeds powder

Method:
1.Wash and finely chop the broad beans.
2.Heat the oil in a pan,add the mustard seeds,turmeric powder,asafoetida and saute until they crackle.
3.Add the fenugreek leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add the broad beans,salt and water.Cook for about 10 -15 minute.s
5.Add the coriander cumin seeds powder,chilli powder,peanut powder and cook for 2 minutes
6.Serve hot.
